Order Processing:
All orders are shipped as soon as the payment method has been verified. Orders approved by our credit department before 10:00 am CST are usually processed the same business day (excluding Holidays and Weekends). Orders approved by our credit department Friday after 10:00 am CST are processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
Backorders:
Normally we have all items in stock, but in case we don’t, you will be notified via e-mail within 2 business days if an item is out of stock.
Shipping:
Black Ball Corp. ships all packages via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air, below is a list of our shipping rates. Delivery in the continental US is usually within ten (10) business days. Black Ball Corp. only ships to the 50 United States.
Cancellations:
Once an order has been entered and you have received an order confirmation number, we can only cancel the order within 24 hours of receipt. To request cancellation of an order, please select the “Contact Us” button on the web site. Please include your order reference number in your request.
Tracking:
As an added security feature, we only send out tracking numbers to the email address assigned to the order at the time of checkout. If you have misplaced or not received a tracking number, you may make a request by clicking HERE. You must include your order reference number in your request. For security purposes, requests without a valid order reference number will not be answered.
Late Shipments:
UPS ground shipments are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. If your order is not delivered within 15 business days of the ship date, please EMAIL us to report the overdue delivery. In order for us to initiate a trace or process a claim with the carrier, we must be notified of delivery problems within 30 days of shipment.
Damaged Shipments:
If the freight carrier attempts to deliver a package that appears to have been damaged in transit, you should refuse the delivery. Please EMAIL to report the package refusal. Once receipt of the package is confirmed back at our warehouse, we will re-ship the package at no additional charge. If you choose to accept the damaged package, have the carrier note the damage on his/her records. In the event that the product inside was damaged in transit, notify the carrier immediately to report the problem.
Returns Policy:
Black Ball Corp. will accept all returns made within 25 business days of receipt of order. You are responsible for obtaining an “RA” return authorization number within 25 calendar days of the ship date to you. Any returns after that time will be returned to you and you are responsible for paying additional shipping charges. Shipping charges on returns are not refundable unless a shipping or product error was made on our part.
Black Ball has the right to refuse any return that:
* is missing parts
* is not returned in the original packaging
* shows physical damage to the product or packaging
* does not include a valid RA number on the shipping label
* has an expired RA number
* does not include our e-mail response inside the shipping carton.
Obtaining an RA number:
1. Locate the packing slip/invoice included with your original shipment. You will need to reference this document when requesting an “RA” number.

The “RA” number issued by our Customer Service Representative will be valid for up to 15 business days. Returns with writing on the original manufacture’s packaging will be subject to a repackaging fee. Packages without RA numbers will be refused. All returns must include our E-Mail response inside the shipping carton.
For All Unopened Returns: You may return product within the stated time period for 100% credit, less shipping and handling. Packaging must not be damaged or defaced.
For All Opened Returns: Non-defective product may be returned for credit. A restocking fee of 10% will be subtracted from the credit.
For Damaged Product Due to Shipping: Products claimed to be damaged by the shipping carrier are to be recorded with the carrier and are subject to their terms and conditions for refund or replacement. Please notify the shipping carrier immediately upon receipt of damaged merchandise (due to shipping).
Defective Products: Products claimed defective will be tested and repaired or replaced only.
